Yes, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your product if you would like to return it. Once you notify us, we will arrange a return. Please send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo evidence of your product. We are still growing as a business and will improve our returns process.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
As it stands we do not offer product personalisation. We do offer fun stickers which will be included in the beauty drawers during promotions. Outside of promotions they will be on sale.
